The Aromas–San Juan Unified School District Strategic Plan guides how we support student success, strengthen our schools, and plan for the future. It reflects our shared commitment to academic excellence, student well-being, and meaningful partnerships with families and the community.

How the Plan was Developed
The Strategic Plan was developed through a collaborative process that included input from district leadership, staff, and community stakeholders. The Board of Trustees established priorities and provided direction to ensure the plan reflects the values, goals, and expectations of the community.
The plan:
- Aligns with the District’s vision, mission, and core values
- Guides the development of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)
- Establishes clear goals, outcomes, and measures of success
- Supports continuous improvement through annual review and refinement

Measuring Our Progress
Progress toward each goal is monitored through measurable outcomes, data reviews, and annual evaluation aligned with the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The Board of Trustees reviews progress regularly to ensure alignment with district priorities and community expectations.
