We want everyone who visits the Aromas–San Juan Unified School District website to feel welcome and find the information they need. This page describes our commitment to making our site accessible to all visitors and to ensuring that every student, family, and community member is treated with equal respect and dignity.

Website Accessibility

ASJUSD is committed to ensuring our website meets or exceeds the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard required for California public agencies under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website. While we strive to ensure all content meets accessibility standards, some older documents or third-party content may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively working to address those gaps.

Translation & Language Access

If you need district communications translated or an interpreter for a school meeting or event, please contact your school site or the District Office. Services are available at no cost.

Filing a Complaint

Concerns about discrimination or accessibility may be filed through the District's Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP).
