CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT - (CUPCCAA)

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
NOTICE INVITING CONTRACTORS TO BE INCLUDED ON THE DISTRICT’S LIST OF QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS
Pursuant to Public Contract Code §22034 (CUPCCAA)

The Aromas San Juan Unified School District is establishing its list of qualified contractors for upcoming public works projects in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), Public Contract Code §22030 et seq. This list will be used for projects beginning January 1, 2025 through December 31,  2026.

Contractors holding a valid California Contractor’s License are invited to submit an online application, available at the District’s website: https://www.asjusd.org/. Submission of this application is required to be prequalified for CUPCCAA projects. Contractors may be added to the list at any time by following the online procedures.

Once the online application is submitted, contractors may log in to review the status of their application. In addition to possessing a valid Contractor’s License, DIR Contractor Registration (SB 854) with the California Department of Industrial Relations is required for all contractors wishing to bid or perform work on public works projects.
