Fiscal Services

Fiscal Services is a core function of the ASJUSD Business Services Department and is responsible for managing the district’s financial resources with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This work includes oversight of the district budget, compliance with state financial requirements, accounts payable, payroll and benefits, and purchasing.

By maintaining accurate financial systems and responsible spending practices, Fiscal Services helps ensure that public funds are used effectively to support student learning and district priorities. We work closely with school sites, departments, and community partners to promote clear communication and sound financial decision-making.
