Parent accounts are created automatically when a student is registered using the email provided during enrollment. Parents will receive an email with login information and instructions to access Aeries. If you have any issues logging in, please contact your school for assistance. You must have a valid email account in order to access your Parent Portal account.

After clicking “Forgot Password,” enter your email address and select Next. You will receive an email with a verification code. Open the email and enter the code on the next screen to reset your password.

Yes. All of your students will appear in a drop-down menu within your Parent Portal account. If any students are missing, please contact your school office for assistance.

To correct the spelling of your student's name, please contact your school office. This information cannot be changed in the Parent Portal.
