Online Facility Use Requests Through Facilitron

Aromas San-Juan Unified School District uses Facilitron, an online system for submitting and managing facility use requests. This platform provides a convenient, user-friendly experience for community groups and organizations seeking to rent district facilities.
With Facilitron, users can:
- View facility photos and descriptions
- Check real-time availability
- Submit reservation requests anytime
- Receive price estimates
- Upload insurance documents
- Pay online (credit card, check, ACH/eCheck, or PayPal)
All facility use approvals follow ASJUSD Board Policies, and district staff make final decisions on all requests.
Facilitron also supports users by:
- Assisting with account setup
- Verifying nonprofit status (if applicable)
- Processing payments
- Collecting certificates of insurance
All facility use requests must be submitted through Facilitron.
