Bargaining Unit Contracts

ASJUSD maintains collective bargaining agreements with two employee unions,  the Aromas–San Juan Teachers Association (ASJTA) for certificated staff and the Aromas–San Juan Federation of Classified Employees (ASJFCE) for classified staff.

Negotiations for 2026–27 are complete and contracts were board approved on June 17, 2026. Current contracts are linked below and include the full contract cycle dates for each bargaining unit.
