Fingerprinting

We offer fingerprinting services at the ASJUSD District Office for new employees, substitutes, volunteers and coaches.   Please review the information you will need to bring to your appointment and click the link below to schedule your appointment.  Please allow up to 30 minutes to complete printing and 5-7 days to receive clearance.

• Fingerprinting Form for Aromas-San Juan Unified
• Bring Current Primary Photo Identification.
  Acceptable Primary Forms:
  • State-issued driver’s license or State-issued ID
  • U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
  • Federal Government Personal Identity Verification Card (PIV)
  • Uniformed Services Identification Card
  • Department of Defense Common Access Card
  • Foreign Passport with Appropriate Immigration Document(s)
  • USCIS-Permanent Resident Card (I-55I)
  • USCIS-Employment Authorization Card (I-766)
  • Federal, state, or local government agency ID card with photograph
  • U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card
  • Canadian driver’s license

For new employees, substitutes and coaches, please bring your Social Security Card as we will need to make a copy for payroll purposes.
