Data Confirmation

Each school year, families are required to complete the Annual Student Update (Data Confirmation) through Aeries. Keeping your student’s information current helps schools communicate with families, respond quickly in emergencies, and support student health and safety. Please complete the Annual Student Update each year to ensure we have accurate information on file. We ask parent/guardians to complete this process each year before school starts.

Annual Student Update Sections

Section 1: Family Information

In this section, you will need to:

Verify that you are updating the information for the correct child. This process must be completed for each child in your household, and you may select a different child later.
In the Family Information section, respond to the Foster, Military, and Residence Survey questions.
When finished, select Confirm and Continue to move to the next section.

Section 2: Student Information

In this section, you please verify and update basic student information, if needed.

Parent/guardian names may be used on report cards and other school correspondence.
Residence and mailing address changes require verification. You will need to bring your Residency Verification information to the school office for any address changes to be complete.
Primary phone numbers are used by the school and district to contact families by phone and by text message.
Select Change to make updates and be sure to Save your changes.
When finished, select Confirm and Continue to move to the next section.

Section 3: Contact Information

Section 4: Medical Information/Current Medical Conditions

In this section, please verify and update your student’s medical history.

Remove any entries that no longer apply and add new information if there have been changes.
When entering medical details, please include dates, age, grade, and any relevant information to help the nursing team provide appropriate care.
Be sure to Save any updates.
When finished, select Confirm and Continue to move to the next section.

Section 5: Documents

In this section, be sure to review the documents related to school policies and requirements.

Some documents only need to be opened and reviewed.
Other documents will open in a new tab and redirect you to another site where information must be completed, such as the Household Income Survey or Bus Registration.
Additional documents may include Annual Parent Notifications, the Technology Agreement, and more.
Be sure to open each document and complete any required sections.
When finished, select Confirm and Continue to move to the next section.

Section 6: Authorizations

In this section, you will be asked to review and update the Authorizations and Prohibitions for your student, if needed.

These determine which activities or processes your student may participate in. Read each description carefully and select Allow or Deny for each option.
Be sure to Save any changes. When finished, select Confirm and Continue to move to the next section.

Section 7: Final Confirmation

Final Data Confirmation: Select Finish and Submit to complete the data confirmation process. You may print or save a copy of your changes for your records. An email confirmation will be sent for each section you updated. If needed, you can return to any section to make changes before submitting.

Emergency Card: After submitting, you will have the option to Print New Emergency Card for your child. The card will open as a PDF and can be saved to your computer.

Additional Children: To update information for another child, select Next Student from the drop-down menu in the top left corner. If a student is missing from the list or if you see a student you do not recognize, please contact technical support.
