Enrolling your Student at ASJUSD

We are delighted to welcome you to the Aromas–San Juan Unified School District! At ASJUSD, we cultivate an inclusive and vibrant community that empowers today’s students to thrive in tomorrow’s world. In partnership with students, families, staff, and our community, we look forward to welcoming new families for the 2026–27 school year.

Families may pre-enroll students using our online enrollment system linked below. We are currently accepting new student enrollments for Preschool through 12th grade.

If you know your child will be attending ASJUSD in 2026–27, we encourage you to enroll as early as possible. Early enrollment helps us plan for staffing and class sizes and supports our commitment to safe, supportive learning environments where positive relationships, social-emotional well-being, and community connection are prioritized. Early enrollment also allows our school sites to share important information and resources as we prepare for a successful school year together.

New Student Enrollment at ASJUSD

New student enrollments are welcome throughout the school year. Our district enrollment process begins with an online application through our student information system (Aeries) where families can also upload required documents listed in Step 2. Families may be invited to the school site of their child to provide these required documents. Listed below is an “enrollment checklist” to help organize your enrollment documents and familiarize you with the process. 

The online process takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. We recommend the process is completed on a desktop or laptop computer as the forms are difficult to complete on a mobile phone. You will be prompted to upload required documents during the enrollment process. Enrollment is not complete until all required documents have been submitted and verified.  You can logout and resume the enrollment process if you need more time or need to gather the necessary documents.
