The Board of Trustees of the Aromas-San Juan Unified School District is seeking qualified, interested individuals to serve on a committee of community leaders which will act as the independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (“CBOC”) for the oversight of the District’s Measure M Facilities Bond program. All positions are currently available for appointment. Applications, Bylaws and additional information can be located on the District website at www.asjusd.k12.ca.us or at the District Office. Completed applications must be received in the Superintendent’s Office located at 2300 San Juan Highway, San Juan Bautista, California 95045 no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020 or they can be submitted via email to Janet Watson at jwatson@asjusd.k12.ca.us. 9-12th graders: all packet work, books, laptops, uniforms, and other school property are to be returned Wednesday, June 10 from 9am-12pm
Yearbooks, cords, awards, scholarships can all be picked up on Weds in the parking lot. Lockers may also be cleaned out. Masks are required while on campus.

ASJUSD is conducting a survey of our distance learning model that keeps students engaged during the school closure to help us prepare for the next year. We will be relying upon State and local health agencies for information that will help us determine the best model for opening our District’s schools. The school year will begin on August 13, 2020, as previously scheduled. Tomorrow 5/28 is packet pick up/drop off in the parking lot from 9-3. Students can also pick up their yearbooks and clean out their lockers. They MUST have a face covering at all times and must respect social distancing guidelines. No more than 2 students will be allowed in a locker room at one time.
