Peachjar Information, Requirements and Guidelines:

Aromas-San Juan Unified School District has implemented a policy that permits non-profit, charitable, and civic organizations to distribute information to students and families utilizing the Peachjar system. Once authorized by the district, flyers are promptly sent via email to parents, as well as made available on the e-flyers webpage of each respective school.

Flyer Upload Requirements:

Ensure your flyer meets the following guidelines before uploading it:

  • It must be in PDF format.

  • If your file is not in PDF format, here is how you can convert it:

    • In Microsoft Word, go to 'File' and click 'Save as Adobe PDF.'

    • In Adobe Photoshop, go to 'File,' select 'Save As,' select 'Photoshop PDF' from the dropdown menu, and click 'Save.'

    • In Adobe InDesign, go to 'File,' select 'Export,' choose 'Adobe PDF' from the dropdown menu, and click 'Save.'

    • You can also convert your file for free using Smallpdf.com.

  • It cannot exceed 50 MB in file size.

    • If your file is larger than 50 MB, you can compress it for free using Smallpdf.com.

  • Create a flyer on an 8.5" x 11" document in portrait orientation.

  • In order to make your flyer more accessible to screen readers, embedded links cannot be supported. Instead, use the call-to-action buttons to include links.

  • If you are providing your flyer in multiple languages, merge the flyers together into a single PDF with English on the first page.

  • Include a version in Spanish.

How to Request Flyer Approval

Register as a Program Provider (account type).

Step 3

Upload your flyer for approval.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.

NOTE: Flyer MUST say, "Not affiliated with ASJUSD"
