CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT

All Licensed Contractors are invited to register to be placed on the Aromas San Juan Unified School District CUPCCAA Contractor List
Notice is hereby given that the Aromas San Juan Unified School District (“District”) has elected to participate in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) (“Act”) on April 23, 2020. Public projects, as defined by this Act and in accordance with the limits listed in Section 22032 of the California Public Contract Code, allows the District to contract by informal procedures as set forth in Sections 22032-22045 of the California Public Contract Code.
All licensed contractors are invited to submit their firm information to the District for inclusion on the District's CUPCCAA Contractor List. The contractor’s information must be submitted on the approved District form. This form can be found at the link below:
