How to Enroll at Aromas San Juan Unified
Enroll for the 2024-25 School Year
We are excited to welcome you to the Aromas-San Juan Unified School District! You can pre-enroll your student for the 2024-25 through our Online System linked below. We are accepting new enrollments from Preschool through 12th Grade. We encourage families who know they will be attending ASJUSD in 2024-25 enroll as soon as possible to assist with our staffing and to allow the school sites to communicate important information about the upcoming school year. Below, we have listed some important information for new families to our district.
Enrollment Information & Required Forms All New Students:
Oral Health Examination Form (Due first year of public school)

Enrollment - Online through Aeries - Online enrollment is now open for the 2024-25 school year. If you are unable to upload the requested documents, please contact the school office and the staff will be happy to help you with this process.
Inter/Intra District Transfer Information
We will be updating the Interdistrict and Intradistrict transfer information for the 2024-25 school year in early January. This includes interdistrict transfers for students entering the district and students requesting to exit the district. All requests are to be submitted to the District Office to the attention of Marisa Soto at msoto@asjusd.org.
