January 11, 2023 / 9:00PM Dear Parents - Aromas-San Juan USD schools will be open on Thursday, January 12, 2023. Due to road closures and evacuation warnings in some areas adjacent to us, bus transportation will not be available to students at the Murphy Hill area and along the San Juan Road and Highway 129 corridor. On December 20 at 6:00 PM there will be an initial special board meeting with the consultants from Leadership Associates (https://www.leadershipassociates.org/), who are assisting the Board with the search. This meeting will include an overview of the process, discussion of timelines, community and stakeholder input and general information. Anzar wishes to express our sincerest thanks to the Rotary Club of San Juan Bautista for selecting us for their community grant. The funds from this grant will allow us to purchase curriculum for Hope Squad, a peer-to-peer suicide prevention program.
