Good evening, parents of Middle School students-- Coach Gilmore will be holding the first practice of the girls' soccer team this Thursday, January 26th, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. Student athletes need to have a 2.0 GPA and a completed sports packet on file to participate in practices and games. Good afternoon, Aromas Middle School Families-- The Winter 2023 sports season will be starting next week. This season we will have boys' basketball and girls' soccer. All 6th, 7th and 8th grade middle school students who meet eligibility requirements are welcome to join. To be eligible, students need to have a 2.0 GPA and a completed sports packet on file. If you have already completed a sports packets for this school year, you do not need to fill out a new one. Please make sure we have any updated information you may have since filling out a sports packet. The first boys' basketball practice will take place tomorrow, Monday, January 23, from 4:30-6:00 in the gym. The practice and game schedules will follow shortly. As of this time, we do not have a coach for the girls' soccer team. If you know of anyone who is interested, please have them contact Miss Rosa at grosa@asjusd.org. Practice and game schedules will follow as soon as a coach comes forward. If your student has a sports jersey from a previous sport, please wash and return to Miss Rosa in Room 15. GO BULLDOGS!

Order forms may be turned into the office or your child's classroom teacher. Checks should be made payable to the "Aromas Home & School Club." Good afternoon, Aromas Families-- Our annual Apple of My Eye fundraiser begins on Tuesday, January 17th. Order forms were sent home with students today. Orders are due on Monday, January 23rd. Apple delivery will take place on Monday, February 13th...just in time for Valentine's Day! The topic of discussion will be "The Future of the Student Learning Experience." The meeting will be lead by guest speaker David Jakes, an educational design specialist.
