Nos complace anunciar que el proyecto de HVAC que se programó durante el verano está casi terminado. ¡Todas nuestras aulas ya tienen unidades de aire acondicionado instaladas! Todavía queda algo de trabajo por completar... y nuestros maestros regresaron a sus aulas ayer por la tarde. Todo es seguro para que los estudiantes regresen... simplemente no tuvimos el tiempo de preparación habitual para prepararnos para el primer día de clases... ¡pero estamos listos! ¡Gracias por su paciencia y comprensión mientras trabajamos para terminar el proyecto por completo!

Class lists will be posted this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. on the wall of the gym facing the parking lot. Please remember that tomorrow is an early-release day...school ends for TK-K at 1:00 p.m. and Grades 1-8 are dismissed at 1:15 p.m. See you tomorrow morning!

We are happy to announce that the HVAC project that was scheduled during the summer is almost complete! All our rooms now have air conditioning unts installed! There is still some work to be completed...and our teachers just got back into their rooms yesterday afternoon. Everything is safe for students to return...we just didn't have the usual lead time to prepare for the first day of school...but we are ready! Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get the project completely finished!

The first day of school is almost here...school starts Thursday, August 8th, at 8:15 a.m. All students and parents will meet out on the blacktop area to kick off the new year. Class lists will be posted in the parking lot by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday morning!

The Aromas School Office will be closed for summer from July 2nd - July 19th, reopening July 22nd. If you need assistance during this time, please reach out to Michelle Parra at the District Office.
Welcome to Summer! The District Office is open from 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday through July 26th. We will resume our 8AM-5PM hours on July 29th.
Good afternoon, ASJUSD Families--
Free breakfasts and lunches for ANY child under 18 years of age in the community will be served starting tomorrow in the Aromas School cafeteria. The cafeteria will only be accessible through the gate on Vega Street. Our campus is undergoing HVAC installation and will not be open.
Meals will be served every day--Monday through Friday--except for the June 19th and July 4th holidays. Children do not need to be enrolled at Aromas School to receive meals...spread the word!

A partir de mañana se servirán desayunos y almuerzos gratuitos para CUALQUIER niño menor de 18 años de la comunidad en la cafetería de Aromas School. Solo se podrá acceder a la cafetería a través de la puerta de Vega Street. Nuestro campus está en instalación de HVAC y no estará abierto.
Las comidas se servirán todos los días, de lunes a viernes, excepto los días festivos del 19 de junio y el 4 de julio. Los niños no necesitan estar inscritos en Aromas School para recibir comidas... ¡corra la voz!

This is a reminder that our Home & School Club's Sip, Rock, and Shop fundraising event is tomorrow, Friday, May 31st, from 5:00-8:00 at the Aromas Grange Hall. Come meet with local artisans, listen to live music, and participate in the live and silent auctions which will raise money for our school. Spirit Wear will be available for purchase...and pre-paid yearbooks can be picked up at the event. A limited amount of yearbooks will be available for purchase for $40. Come and enjoy a fun evening! All are welcome!

Nuestro Club Hogar y Escuela ha hecho arreglos para que Jamba Juice entregue batidos de frutas ese día a los estudiantes que realicen pedidos por adelantado. Los batidos Jamba Juice se venden por adelantado a 6 dólares la pieza. Haga que su estudiante le traiga dinero y opciones de sabores a la señorita Araceli en la oficina principal a más tardar la tarde del viernes 31 de mayo.

Field Day is rapidly approaching...it's this Monday, June 3rd! Our Home & School Club has arranged for Jamba Juice to deliver fruit smoothies on that day for students who pre-order. Jamba Juice smoothies are being pre-sold for $6 a piece. Please have your student bring money and flavor choices to Miss Araceli in the front office no later than the afternoon of Friday, May 31st.
Sign up for ASJ+ Summer Enrichment for your students! Grades TK-8 will include academic intervention from June 13th - July 24th. The program will be held at Aromas School this summer. Grades 6-12 summer school information will be available from the school sites next week.
