The Governing Board of the Aromas San Juan Unified School District is happy to announce that it offered the interim superintendent position to Dr. Barb Dill-Varga. Dr. Dill-Varga was the
previous superintendent of the Carmel Unified School District for three years. She will start
working with the District on Tuesday, August 29, 2022. She brings to the District her skills as a
life long educator dedicated to serving all students. Board President Casey Powers said “We are delighted to have Dr. Dill-Varga come to us as the interim superintendent. The Board feels she is just the right person for our District at this time and will help our District continue to make important improvements in our service to our students and our community.” Dr. Dill-Varga said: “I am honored to be selected by the governing board to become part of the school district family serving as your Interim Superintendent. I am very excited to learn about the district and its goals and be of assistance as together we work diligently to make sure all of our children can be successful.”

La Mesa Directiva del Distrito Escolar Unificado Aromas San Juan se complace en anunciar que ofreció el puesto de superintendente interino a la Dra. Barb Dill-Varga. El Dr. Dill-Varga fue el anterior superintendente del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Carmel durante tres años. ella empezará trabajando con el Distrito el martes 29 de agosto de 2022. Ella trae al Distrito sus habilidades como educador de toda la vida dedicado a servir a todos los estudiantes.
El presidente de la junta, Casey Powers, dijo: "Estamos encantados de que el Dr. Dill-Varga venga a nosotros como el superintendente interino. La Junta siente que ella es la persona adecuada para nuestro Distrito en este momento y ayudará a nuestro Distrito a continuar realizando mejoras importantes en nuestro servicio a nuestros estudiantes y nuestra comunidad”. El Dr. Dill-Varga dijo: “Me siento honrado de ser seleccionado por la junta directiva para formar parte de la familia del distrito escolar que actúa como su superintendente interino. Estoy muy emocionada de aprender sobre el distrito y sus objetivos y ser de ayuda mientras trabajamos juntos diligentemente para asegurarnos de que todos nuestros hijos pueden tener éxito”.
